What free covers right now

What happens after preview
Paid plans will follow, and the price is agreed with you directly rather than published. Send an opening request and we contact you on WhatsApp to talk it through, what your shop needs, and what that costs.
The reason it works that way is that a patisserie with two hundred regulars and a salon with thirty are not the same business, and one published number would be wrong for both.
Shops using RevoStamp during preview will be told what changes before it changes, not after.
How the payment schedule works
The first payment covers two years. After those two years, it renews yearly.
Two years up front rather than a monthly subscription, because a loyalty programme is a two-year decision, not a two-month one. A card takes eight visits to complete; the habit it builds takes longer than that to show up in the till. Billing monthly would invite shops to judge the thing before it has had time to work.
| When | What you pay for |
|---|---|
| During preview | Nothing. No card required to start. |
| First payment | Two years of use |
| Every year after | One year at a time |
| Agreeing the price | A WhatsApp conversation after your opening request |
Why there is no free trial countdown
A loyalty programme takes weeks to show whether it works, a customer has to come back eight times before a single card completes. A 14-day trial would expire before the thing it is meant to demonstrate has happened once.
So there is no countdown and no card on file waiting to charge. Preview access ends when paid plans exist, and shops will be told before that happens.
What it costs to leave
Nothing, and there is no contract to end. A shop that stops using RevoStamp stops printing the QR code; there is no notice period, no minimum term and no exit fee.
Your customer list is yours. Ask and it is exported to you. Delete the shop and its customers, visits and stamp records are removed with it rather than retained.
What the shop pays for besides the software
Printing the QR poster, and the rewards themselves. That is the entire running cost.
The reward is the real budget line, and it is worth doing the arithmetic before launching. A free coffee after 8 purchases is roughly an 11% discount across the run; after 5 it is closer to 17%. Set the stamp count against the margin on the qualifying item, not against what feels generous.
Is there a per-customer or per-stamp fee?
No. Neither exists during preview, and neither is planned as the pricing model. Charging per customer would penalise exactly the shops the product is meant to help, the ones whose programme is working.
