How RevoStamp works
Your customer scans one code, your staff approve the stamp, and the card fills up. No app for them to install, nothing for you to buy, and the card carries your name rather than ours.
The part that happens every day
Print one QR code and put it on your counter. That single code serves every customer you will ever have. There is nothing to hand out and nothing to keep track of.
A customer scans it, types a name and a phone number once, and their card opens in their phone browser. On each visit they ask for a stamp and whoever is at the till approves it. When the card fills, they show you and you hand over the reward.
That is the whole daily routine. A few seconds at the counter, no training, and nothing new for your staff to learn.
Print the code instead, if that suits you better
If you would rather not touch a phone during a rush, print the code on the receipt. Each sale gets its own code, it works exactly once, and the customer scans it on their way out or later at home.
You decide how long a printed code stays valid, so one that never gets scanned dies on its own instead of sitting there forever.
The printed slip carries your shop name and the code, nothing else. It fits a receipt printer and costs you almost nothing.
Decide what earns a stamp
Some shops treat a visit as a visit: one sale, one stamp, whatever is in the bag.
Others sell things where the quantity is the point. Someone buying six pastries should not leave with the same single stamp as someone buying one. Switch to counting items and your cashier types the number, so a six-item sale hands over a code worth six stamps at once.
It never goes further than the card allows, so one big order can fill a card but can never overfill it or hand out two rewards.
Set the card to suit your shop
You choose how many stamps a card takes, anywhere from four to twelve, and you can change your mind later without wiping anyone's progress.
You also set how long a customer must wait between stamps, so nobody collects twice on one visit. And a full card always produces exactly one reward, no matter how many times anyone taps.
Make it look like your shop, or let us do it
Your customers see your shop. Your logo, your colours, your lettering, and a stamp that suits what you sell, whether that is a coffee cup, a pair of scissors or your own picture. Start from a ready-made look and change what you want, or build it yourself and watch it update as you go.
If none of that appeals, send us your logo and we will build the card around it at no extra charge. You approve it before a single customer sees it, and you can still change anything afterwards.
This is where most loyalty programmes quietly die. Not at signing up, but at the moment an owner opens a colour picker, decides it can wait until Sunday, and never comes back.
Print what you need for the shop
The counter poster comes ready to print, and you write the wording on it yourself rather than accepting ours.
There is a window sticker too, which matters more than it sounds for a shop that gets people walking past.
See who is actually coming back
This is the part a paper card can never give you. You can see how many customers are new and how many are returning, how many stamps went out, how many rewards came back, which hour of the day is really your busiest, and who your best customer is.
You can also compare today with yesterday, which turns a shop you run on instinct into one where you can try something and find out whether it worked.
You can keep a private note on any customer, and you decide whether they ever see it.
Everything else you get
Your own private link to your shop's figures, so you can check them without signing in on someone else's phone. A place for customers to tell you what they think. Saved looks you can switch between. And a guided setup that walks you through the whole thing the first time.
The shop side and the customer side both run in English, French and Arabic, and Arabic reads right to left the way it should. You pick the language your shop opens in and your customer can switch.
What you do not need
Your customers install nothing. You buy no scanner, no terminal, no card reader, and you connect it to no till system. There is no contract and no card details to get started.
The only equipment is a printed sheet of paper and the phone already in your pocket.
Examples of what different shops need
How often people come back decides how long the card should be and what the reward can cost. Here is where each trade lands.
